Wickett.NET began in 1995 when the owner, Brad Wickett, began looking for a help desk solution to use for tracking service calls. After checking out the shareware options available, and not willing to pay thousands of dollars for a high-priced commercial package, WN Help Desk was born. Since then, Wickett.NET has been committed to providing shareware solutions for those not willing to pay the high price of the commercial software vendors.

Brad's brother Mike has performed development on the WN MailKeeper product, but is currently taking a break from software development at Wickett.NET.
