Credit card orders are processed automatically. Once your payment has been verified you will receive a username and password for the Registered Users area of the website. From there you can obtain the necessary license information to register the software.

There is a new pricing structure as of version 12.0, which should be more affordable for all of our customers and much more affordable for our smaller customers. Pricing is now based on the number of help desk technicians and the number of customers that you support. Pricing options are:

Customers Supported
1-500 $100 per year
501-1000 $150 per year
1001-2000 $250 per year
Unlimited $500 per year

* Support available only by e-mail, no phone support available. After your year has expired you will have the option to purchase additional yearly maintenance agreements. The price for renewal is 50% of the current selling price at the time of renewal.

Refund Policy

Since the software is available as a shareware evaluation, there are no refunds available after purchasing the software. If you would like to extend your evaluation period, or if you have special evaluation needs, please contact us.
